About Igor Romanov, DCNP

Igor Romanov earned his medical degree at Crimean State Medical University in Russia, and completed his residency in dermatology at the Institute of Dermatology and Venereology in Kharkov, Ukraine, where he served as Chief Resident. Upon graduation, Dr. Romanov joined a group of dermatologists in private practice where he worked for over 10 years in Simferopol, Russia.

After immigrating to the United States, Dr. Romanov graduated from Long Island University Nurse Practitioner Program where he was elected to the National Medical Honor Society. He is board certified in dermatology and family medicine, and is also a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Association. He is fluent in English, Polish and Russian.
